Tresalis Builders was founded in 2024 by husband-and-wife team Luis and Brooke with a simple vision: to create homes that are as thoughtfully designed as they are expertly built.

Combining Luis's extensive construction experience with Brooke's background in branding, design, and marketing, we realized we could offer homeowners something truly unique, a homebuilding experience that balances exceptional craftsmanship with intentional design.

Luis brings over a decade of hands-on construction expertise to Tresalis Builders. Beginning his career in flooring, he quickly expanded into full-scale residential construction, developing a comprehensive understanding of the building process from the ground up. Luis leads all on-site operations, ensuring every detail is executed with precision, durability, and craftsmanship. With a focus on not just building homes, but creating exceptional living experiences, he takes pride in delivering spaces that are both thoughtfully designed and built to last.
Brooke Atsalis
Co-Founder & Design Lead
Brooke brings a decade of experience in multifamily development marketing, where she developed a refined eye for design, space planning, and how people truly live within a home. At Tresalis Builders, she leads the design vision, guiding clients through the thoughtful integration of function, style, and comfort. With a focus on creating cohesive, livable spaces, Brooke ensures each home is not only visually compelling, but intentionally designed to enhance the everyday living experience.
